My journey as a professional dancer, marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, has been an odyssey of both physical and emotional challenges. I, Monica Tranter, have encountered the rigorous demands of practice, commitment, and dedication, defining my path both on and off the stage. The intense world of auditions, coupled with the heartache of rejections and the joy of hard-earned successes, has deeply shaped my resilience and tenacity. These experiences, including the struggles with severe injuries such as broken vertebrae and muscle tears, have taught me the profound lesson of rising above defeat and adversity.

At the heart of my teachings lies the transformative power of movement, a principle that has been the cornerstone of the lifestyle centers I’ve established in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Spain. These sanctuaries are dedicated to fostering balance in mind, body, and soul, reflecting the lessons learned from my journey in dance. For over three decades, I’ve led retreats, courses, and training, guiding people to discover their greatness through the “ON Stage” lessons and lifestyle conditioning.

The trials I’ve faced, both physical and emotional, are integral to my approach, offering a relatable and authentic perspective to my clients.
