Dance inspired work outs will improve your stamina, cardio endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination, flow, memory, musicality, grace and very important your mood!  When we dance our dopamine and serotonin levels are activated and released into the brain improving your mood and also can help improve anxiety, stress, panic or feelings of depression.
